"The End"

My favorite words to write: The End. 

(And then I have to delete them before I turn in the manuscript.) 

Why?

A few books back, I was told it was unprofessional to turn in a manuscript that ended with “The End.” Who knew?! 

And maybe it’s not true. But I got it from a good source. So... I stopped submitting books with “The End” but I can never resist writing those words! 

They’re just too. Much. Fun.
